硫化橡胶类密封胶条

一般为三元乙丙材质。综合性能优异,具有突出的耐臭氧性,优良的耐候性,很好的耐高温、低温性能,突出的耐化学药品性,能耐多种极性溶质,相对密度小。缺点是在一般矿物油及润滑油中膨胀量大,一般为深色制品。使用温度范围-60~+150℃。以其适用范围广,综合性能优异,得到国内外行业企业的认可。

硅橡胶密封胶条

氯丁胶密封胶条(CR)

与其它的特种橡胶比较,个别性能差些,但总的性能平衡好。有优良的耐候性、耐臭氧性能、耐热老化性和耐油耐溶剂性,有好的耐化学性和优异的耐燃性,有良好的粘合性。贮存稳定性差,贮存过程中会发生增硬现象,耐寒性不好。相对密度较大。一般为黑色制品。使用于有耐油、耐热、耐酸碱要求的环境。使用温度范围-30~+120℃。

丁腈橡胶密封条

主要特点是耐油、耐溶剂,但不耐酮、酯及氯化烃等介质,弹性和力学性能都很好。缺点是在臭氧和氧化中易老化龟裂,耐寒性、耐低温性差。

热塑性弹性体类密封胶条

增塑聚氯乙烯(PPVC)密封胶条

材料便宜易得,具有耐腐蚀、耐磨、耐酸碱和各类化学介质,耐燃烧,机械强度高;缺点是配合体系内增塑剂易迁移,随着时间的延长变硬变脆,失去弹性,不耐老化,耐候性和低温性能差。一般为深色制品。适用于光照不强、温度变化不大、气候条件不恶劣的场合。

表面涂层材料
